The Mobile Blast Room is the state of the art Tank Coating Equipment that simplifies the Blasting process by automating the RECYCLING, CLEANING, AND REFILLING of the Steel Grit abrasive all in ONE machine.

The sophisticated Control Panel automates the intensity of blasting, speed of recovery and automates the refilling of the Steel Grit / Shot abrasive via our in-house designed software program.

As a stand-a-lone system, no further support of Cranes, Fork-lifts, Transporters and etc. are required when re-filling the abrasives as opposed to conventional Copper-Slag Blasting.

As blasting with steel Grit abrasives produce heavier dust particles that accumulate to the floor at a faster rate compared to Copper-Slag, it becomes more efficient to clean and recycle via our heavy-duty vacuum Machines.

Our integrated Dust Collecting system ensures that the work environment is free of heavy pollution as opposed to Copper-Slag Blasting.

The Automated system of abrasive recovery, cleaning, and refilling ensures that continuous 24 hours blasting is possible, significantly reducing the work schedule for the Blasting-Painting Project, resulting in substantial Cost Saving for both the User and the Client.
